Founder
Tancredi DeLuca is a seasoned restaurateur with decades of experience shaping Los Angeles's vibrant dining landscape. As the founder of Deluca Restaurant Group, he has established a diverse portfolio of culinary concepts, ranging from upscale dining establishments to casual eateries, each reflecting his commitment to quality and community.
Deluca’s journey in the hospitality industry began at a young age. After moving to Los Angeles from his native Italy, he took a job in a restaurant and quickly discovered a deep passion for the energy, creativity and connection the business offered. Today, his ventures in Los Angeles include the beloved Amici Brentwood and buzzy Angelini Palisades — restaurants that thrive as both neighborhood mainstays and destination dining spots, known for delivering consistently strong guest experiences and sustained performance.
His success and growing portfolio have made him a sought-after collaborator in the industry, known for his deep understanding of local markets, the value of consistency, and the power of genuine hospitality.

Alessandro Silvestri
Director of Operations
Born and raised in Italy, Alessandro built his career in hospitality through extensive international experience, including nine years aboard six-star cruise ships managing Italian, French, and international cuisine restaurants.
After returning to Rome, Alessandro opened his own American bistro, successfully developing and operating the concept before selling it ahead of the 2008 economic crisis. Shortly thereafter, he moved to the United States, where he held leadership roles as Food & Beverage Director in luxury hotels, refining a hospitality style rooted in tradition, quality, and genuine service—balancing elegance with operational excellence.
In 2020, Alessandro met Tancredi, a connection that quickly evolved into a close professional partnership. United by a shared vision and values, they continue to collaborate on concepts that honor Italian heritage while embracing a contemporary, approachable dining style.
At the heart of their restaurants is a simple belief: hospitality should feel personal, food should tell a story, and every guest should feel genuinely welcome.
