After moving to Los Angeles from his native Italy, he took a job in a restaurant and quickly discovered a deep passion for the energy, creativity and connection the business offered. Today, his ventures in Los Angeles include the beloved Amici Brentwood and buzzy Angelini Palisades — restaurants that thrive as both neighborhood mainstays and destination dining spots, known for delivering consistently strong guest experiences and sustained performance.
